At Sauq.pk, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Unlike many other artificial jewelry brands, we offer exchange options to accommodate our valued customers.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@sauq.pk or send us a direct message on our Facebook or Instagram pages. Include pictures and a video of the delivered product. Our representatives will respond within two business days. If the product is deemed faulty, it will be exchanged. Please note that complaints and returns must be made within one day of receiving the order to qualify for an exchange.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product or have had a change of heart, you can take advantage of our exchange option. The request for exchange must be made within three days of receiving your order. After this period, exchanges will no longer be available.
Refund Policy
In the event that the item shipped to you is broken and we no longer have it in stock to exchange, we will issue a refund within 48-72 working hours.
Conditions for Exchange
- Unused Products: The product(s) must be unused.
- Timely Return: The product(s) must be sent back to Sauq.pk within one day of receiving the order.
- Proof of Damage: Product pictures and videos must be shared with the Sauq.pk team on the same day as delivery.
